Who’s a Consultant?
A consultant is a person who gives professional advice and/or services.
The operative word is professional.
A true consultant looks out for the needs of his client and puts their needs ahead of his own. In other words, he has a fiduciary* relationship with his client.
The guy who sold me my web site said he was a consultant.
Many salespeople today wrongly call themselves “product consultants“ or “sales consultants“. Do not be confused by this. You cannot be a salesperson and a consultant at the same time.
A salesman‘s job is to get you to spend as much as possible. A consultant‘s job is to help you get the most “bang for the buck“ (in other words, to spend as little as possible and still get the job done).
Whom would you rather have advising you?
Bottom Line:
We are consultants in the true sense of the word, not salespeople.
How may we help you and your business?
